Full Time - Experienced
Determine project scope by analyzing specifications, blueprints and other project documentation.
Accurately prepare time, cost, materials, and labor to complete a job.
Perform job site walks to determine scope and site conditions as needed.
Work with engineers to interpret blueprints or conceptual drawings.
Review drawings with Leadership team and highlight areas of concern.
Interaction with various company departments will be required.
Upon bid award, develop project plans based on established scopes of work with Project Foreman.
Meet with clients and contractors to coordinate installations of low voltage systems.
Coordinate the ordering of materials and assigning of resources as required for the scope of work with the Project Foreman.
Summarize and submit Division weekly time sheets for Payroll processing.
Utilizing corporate reporting tools, submit weekly billing invoices for corporate Accounts Payable.
Perform weekly site visits of assigned projects and complete quality audits.
Report project progress and budgets of projects weekly to Leadership team.
Assist in training of installation team members when needed.
Attend regional Vendor Minority Outreach and other Marketing events as available.
Typically found in 5 to 10 years of experience in a combination of Low Voltage Estimation and/or Project Management in multi-million dollar sized projects.
Must have solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word and Excel.
Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Blue Beam and/or PlanGrid is a plus
Must be self-motivated.
High attention to detail.
Ability to layout and design projects on floor plans as well as provide wiring and riser diagrams.
Working knowledge of low voltage hardware and devices (networks, security and AV systems)
Demonstrated ability to plan, organize and implement multiple jobs allowing for the successful completion of each project estimate by a specific due date.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong “team player” with the ability to utilize resources to help complete projects in a timely manner.
Good driving record for access to company vehicles.
High School diploma or GED. College degree preferred although not required based upon experience.
Must maintain a clear background check in order to satisfy customer jobsite badging requirements.
This position is open to US Citizens only (US Work Visas not allowed) to meet Government security clearance requirements.
