Under the direction of the Recruiting Lead, the Recruiting Associate will support the complete life cycle of the Dallas office's recruiting efforts. This includes event planning and execution, planning and ownership of the interview process, candidate communication, conversion activities, and assistance with on/off-campus events. In addition, the Recruiting Associate will work closely with other members of the Dallas Recruiting team, Dallas Recruiting Partner, Recruiting Director and School Specialists, and North America Recruiting team members.
BASIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate and own the interview process for all incoming candidates, and ensure rapid turnaround
Create and distribute interviewer packets for interview days
Participate in interview debriefs, and help drive offer and conversion process
Act as liaison between Dallas Recruiting and BCG’s central operations, Recruiting Nexus
Monitor and analyze the competitive environment
Assist with logistics (planning, correspondence, execution) of the Experienced Hiring process from resume review, phone screening, cultivating relationships, and interview coordination
Drive the local recruiting process for the Dallas office, including off-cycle and senior-level candidates
Respond and follow-up with all candidate inquiries
Help drive conversion activities for offerees and summer interns
Use the database to generate correspondence, reports, interview and event invitations
Collect and analyze information and data to evaluate the effectiveness of recruiting efforts, and provide season-end analysis for the summer internship program
Coordinate with local recruiting team to handle other Dallas office recruiting duties such as planning conversion/welcome weekends, planning and executing the summer intern program, etc.
As needed, attend on-campus events to provide leverage for MBA and undergrad recruiting streams
Lead and execute strategic projects as needed
