The Boston University School of Public Health is looking for a Registrar Coordinator who will oversee the day to day registrar office operations. Functions as the initial point of contact for students, faculty, staff in the registrar's office. Manages transfer credit and waiver requests. Completes verification requests for students, alumni and government agencies. Tracks and reports on grade changes and incomplete grades. Assists with manual registrations. Works as team member on large scale events and completes projects as assigned by the Registrar and Associate Registrar.

Manages transfer credit and waiver requests. Liaises with other schools at BU to receive final grades by the appropriate deadlines. Serves as a resource for students, faculty and staff regarding the transfer credit policy. Contribute to the satisfaction of applicants by overseeing the technical processes related to requests for information, registering for events, and completing an application
Receives and completes all requests related to verification for current and former students and maintains all related records.
Functions as the first point of contact between the registrar's office and SPH students, faculty and staff. Assists and directs walk-ins and phone calls. Responsible for sorting the extremely high volume office email account and answering any general inquiries. Works with others in the office to make sure that the office is providing quality, reliable and accurate customer service. Schedules and sends out office communications to students, faculty and staff. Updates the office website.
Processes course substitutions and certificate changes. Coordinates and completes manual registrations. Responsible for compiling necessary documentation for registration petition requests and presenting to the Associate Registrar for review.
Tracks, monitors, and processes all SPH grade changes.
Handles all ordering and payment for the Registrar's Office.
Bachelor's degree required.
1-3 years of work experience in Higher Education, and the Registrar Office
Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle the demands of a fast-paced, multi-faceted, changing environment
