The purpose of this position is to provide support to project manage operations, administration and management for projects from inception through completion.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Audits, solicits and provides reporting on Project Management key performance indicators.
Creates and maintains project policies and directives within the project operations manual.
Function as systems administrators of internet-based project tracking system, project websites and job cost accounting system.
Respond to internal and external customer inquiries concerning performance reports and project tracking system data.
Assist project management executives in the implementation of and monitoring the adherence to project administrative practices and policies.
Provide internal and external customer training on PM application.
Assist project team in project close-out procedures.
Serve as project team liaison to I/T Coordinator on tracking desktop hardware and software issues.
Train new administrative assistants and temporary employees on project policies and administration.
Prepare routine and special client reports as required.
Other duties may be assigned to include the following:
Project Documentation (Owned and Field)
Review all Construction Management/General Contractor bid documentation for accuracy and audit compliance
Review all Construction Management/General Contractor payment request documentation for accuracy and audit compliance
Adhere to approved project audit protocol
Project Closeout Compliance Review
Review and Validate project folders
Once folders are finalized move to approved archive
KPI Measurement and Compliance
Prepare quarterly requested Client documentation for compliance review
Prepare KPI results documentation quarterly
Value add/Cost savings/avoidance validation and review with CBRE Finance and Leadership teams
Support requirements/requests from CRE Audit
Oversee overall project management bid process governance
Overall project process compliance oversight
Documentation preparation/communications to support; SET and QBR Meetings, Requests from CBRE Platform, CRE and other Project reporting
Support Change Management process
Management of all Project Documentation, history, decisions and organizational knowledge
Ownership of Project Management Playbooks including; timely updates of all process changes, communication with the project team and annual team training of all updates
Provide/coordinate necessary support for the project management team with respect to: process, training, CBRE best practices and quality assurance
Assist with providing accurate and timely information on project costs and risk to allow effective decision making
Overall SPOC for CBRE Kahua Technology – Project/Process Lead
Ownership of Kahua project set-up and all user support including team/vendor training
No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position. May provide informal assistance such as technical guidance, and/or training to coworkers. May coordinate and assign tasks to co-workers within a work unit and/or project.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS/BEng/BArch) from College or University in a technical area of study. Minimum of 2 years project-administrative, database management and/or performance reporting experience or any similar combination of education and experience.
CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information.
Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and/or commissions. Conducts basic financial analysis.
Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.
OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES
Intermediate skills with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Decisions made with understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlines. Responsible for setting own project deadlines. Errors in judgment may cause short-term impact to co-workers and supervisor.
