We are expanding our team and PSS Inc., is currently seeking a Senior Billing Specialist for a direct hire (or) a temp-to-hire position, to support our corporate office located in McLean, Virginia.

Must have earned a High School diploma, or higher.
Must have 7+ years of prior experience with the following:
Performing Billing & Accounts Receivable tasks in a government contracting environment (must include experience within the past year).
Utilizing CostPoint Billing and Accounts Receivable applications
Qualified CandidatesMust have experience with the following:
Ensuring compliance with regards to client terms/formats for federal, state, and commercial contracts
Monitoring of costs (including unallowable/allowable pass-thru costs)
Reviewing AR statements and making collection calls

Roles & Responsibilities:
Responsible for accurately invoicing all assigned projects, including compliance with the client’s terms and formats for federal, state, and commercial contracts in a timely manner.
Responsible for monitoring all costs, including: unallowable/allowable pass-thru costs, consultants’ costs, travel, ODC, and subcontractor costs.
Responsible for reviewing aged AR statements and routinely making collection calls.
Responsible for reconciling unbilled, as well as, following up until all issues have been resolved.
Responsible for maintaining daily correspondence with PM’s and customers regarding any billing issues.
