SUMMARY Construction Company located in Evans City, PA, requires an Administrative Assistant to focus on managing contract and project documents. This person will follow projects from placement of order, through contract completion, ensuring that all documentation requirements are met. This will include permitting, proposals, compliance, scheduling, and invoicing documents. Will let internal departments, clients and vendors know about missing information and documents.
POSITION Responsibilities include: • Review the scope of projects and ensure that all the documentation and details are correct and the requirements are being met • Communicate and coordinate with sales, trades people, contractors, vendors, government agencies and customers • Coordinate and document the progress of projects and create reports when necessary • Ensure contract requirements are being met. Follow up on missing or incomplete information • Create and update database records • Filing
Part time, Monday - Friday 8:00 am – 2:00 pm work schedule in a family owned, employee friendly environment. Starting pay rate of $15.00 an hour.
REQUIREMENTS • Administrative experience; tracking and maintaining data and documents • Ability to find errors, mistakes and omissions in documentation and follow up on • Strong organizational and time management skills • Proactive • Strong attention to detail • Good Word and Excel skills with ability to learn proprietary software • Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
