The position of HR Project Manager is a critical role in the continued development of the Human Resources platform for H&M Shared Services. Specifically this role will be focus on the development and implementation of various HR related projects across all H&M Group companies. Projects will range in type and scope and will include training and skills development, compliance management, compensation, benefits and staffing. In addition to planning, this position will have limited responsibility for execution of these projects and / or programs.
Project Planning: Responsible for the implementation strategy, definition of project scope, adherence to definition of project specific deliverables, creation of a logical work breakdown structure and definition of major project milestones.
Project Control: Leads the development of effective plans for controlling project scope, schedule and cost baseline, and monitors the project execution to ensure that the plan is being followed. Document and explain changes to the baseline, driving the approval process, and ensures the approved changes are implemented.
Project Communications / Reporting: Develops or approves an effective plan for communicating program information to the project stakeholders. Creates and approves written status reports highlighting any potential schedule, resource and cost issues and creates communications about project(s) deployment.
HR Support: acts as a department resource for other initiatives beyond large project management on an as needed basis.

Manages schedule changes with stakeholders and gains alignment on changes

Project Communications / Reporting:
Ensures projects stay on schedule and in line with project plans through regular consistent project reporting and communications
Holds project status meetings with core development teams and facilitates issue resolution
Keeps key stakeholders up to date with project status
Is available to be part of a project team as well as lead one
Takes on special assignments beyond basic PM responsibilities

Education / General Experience:
Bachelor's degree in a business discipline or equivalent work experience
Minimum 5 years PM experience, HR PM experience a significant plus
