Responsibilities of the Sr Contracts Manager within Key Government Finance include: processing and coordinating finance transactions between the Key Government Finance Sales, Prime Contractors (clients in the Federal Government market), various Federal Government Agencies and vendors/suppliers. Will work closely with extended teams (legal, pricing, credit underwriting, servicing). Must manage/perform all activities required for originating, documenting and closing finance transactions; including complex contract and documentation review for accuracy and acceptability prior to closing/funding. The review and analysis also includes intricate solicitations, multifaceted Federal contracts and contract vehicles. Must be able to evaluate significant and/or unique contract requirements, special provisions, terms and conditions to ensure compliance with policies and business unit procedures. Must be able to multi-task several high-priority activities at the same time as well as be responsive to team and client. This individual must aspire to be highly skilled at matters related to KGF financing products, deal structuring, collateral, documentation (contractual terms, conditions, negotiation) and work well in a high paced environment. Success criteria include: demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment with excellent partnership and collaboration skills. Must exhibit strong analytical and contractual skills as well as strong communicationskills (written and verbal). Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision. Must work to develop the ability to synthesize critical information, use independent judgment and analysis of significant issue identification and resolution; with ability to effect and manage change agents and perform in complex cross-functional business environment. Emerging ability of contracting concepts, FARS, Uniform Commercial Code, and applicable contract law. Comfort in terms of working in a client facing role with frequent communication with clients, Key Bank/KEF Partner teams and third parties.

Equivalent work experience or college degree (preferred)

Proficiency with various systems and tools used in the business (i.e. Microsoft tools)
