Serves as intake immigration advisor to provide high-level support with the development and delivery of student immigration services. Responsible for the coordination and review of incoming immigration service requests, including issuance of visa documents and updating immigration records in compliance with regulations. Serves as Designated School Official (DSO) and Alternate Responsible Officer (ARO) under the F-1 and J-1 student visa categories. Advises international students and campus departments on internal policies and processes and external rules and regulations; including responsibilities, benefits and alternatives under immigration regulations.
