We're looking for a dynamic and highly-motivated individual that is seeking a position with the global leader in commercial real estate services. This candidate will lead multiple projects and validate architecture. The candidate must have Managing experience with Global Identity Management tools, Sailpoint IdentityIQ, MIM (Microsoft Identify Manager) or other leading IGA tools, Powershell, Vbscript and other scripting technologies. Principal Engineer will be responsible for developing maintenance growth plans, action plans for personal, and against outbreaks, creating annual and project budgets, managing D&T staff, working with legal, Identity Access Management and Cyber Defense teams, keeping executive team up to date on the latest Security technologies, policies, and implementation plans.
Provides leadership direction and subject matter expertise on all aspects of Identity Access Management "IGA, PAM, SSO, PKI" including development, implementation and maintenance with specifics to Governance
Work across IS and IT teams to deliver IAM best practices for on premise and cloud based solutions for employees, contractors, vendors and customers while being a driver for IGA as a whole globally
Leads enterprise-wide information security program to ensure that all information technology assets are adequately protected
Lead a team of engineers with full stack accountability for technologies utilized to deliver IAM Security services.
Manage and execute delivery against product and project roadmaps.
Stay up to date on new tools & techniques and act as driver of innovation into InfoSec and IT.
Interface with regulatory and compliance bodies, internal and external, to represent IAM Security technologies.
Partner closely with Architecture team to ensure alignment between security control frameworks, deployed technologies, and desired vs achieved outcomes.
Engage proactively with key stakeholders and partners outside of Security, including IT and Application development teams, to understand technology direction and align security capabilities accordingly.
Actively participate in strategic discussions with Information Security leaders.
Plan, organize and lead functions within established schedules, budgetary and resource plans; establish goals, performance standards and operating procedures for assigned functions.
Participate in creation of department staffing and capital budgets.
Coach and develop team members; interview, hire, train employees, plan and assign work, manage performance, and address concerns and resolve matters.
Partner with our SOX and Governance teams for continual review, enhancement, and execution of access certification
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in a related field such as information systems, mathematics, or computer science or equivalent work experience. Requires technical and business knowledge in multiple disciplines/processes. Typically has 10+ years of relevant work experience. Consideration given to equivalent combination of education and experience.
6 years of experience involving work directly related to security control evaluation and implementation on a similar technology platform
5 year's technical experience with IGA, SSO, PAM systems required.
Technical experience with at one or more of the following data repositories (Active Directory, LDAP, Virtual Directory, and SQL databases) required.
Ability to lead others - previous management experience preferred.
