We are looking for a full-time Project Manager for the pre-fab wall division (DIRTT). This position is responsible for protecting the interests of the company while overseeing projects from proposal to order acceptance through project closeout. Must provide close coordination and communication between all parties at every stage.
The ideal Project Manager is an organized person with strong leadership skills and exceptional communication skills. To succeed in this role, the candidate should be able to multi-task and change focus quickly while remaining detail oriented.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Coordinate pre-installation meetings and schedule project installations; prepare, monitor and update project schedules
Measure and document site condition pre-order. Request labor quotes
Track activities including but not limited to: shop drawing submittals, requests for information, field changes, change orders and the scheduling of purchases, delivery and installations
Create change orders when necessary; obtaining product and labor cost estimates from affected subcontractors and vendors for inclusion in change order estimates
Monitor quality control to ensure that all work meets the highest standards of workmanship and that product and installation comply with specifications and drawings
Complete close out documents out.
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
Good computer skills, including, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
5-10 years Construction Management experience working for General Contractor, Construction Management company or government agency as either Project Manager or Subcontractor; or Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Building Construction or Construction Management, Technical Diploma in Engineering/ Architecture or equivalent experience
Team oriented and exhibits leadership qualities
Familiarity with LEED requirements and compliance
