Job Description Position Summary:As a Regional Delivery Leader, you will be responsible for managing a regional project team that delivers Rockwell Automation's Digital Transformation to customers. The primary responsibilities of this role are to build and manage a delivery team with a modern consulting approach to ensure customer satisfaction and the commercial and technical success of all PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) Digital Transformation and Implementation projects. Responsibilities include ensuring that projects are being executed within budget and schedule and maintaining tight collaboration with the product development teams & regional SSB delivery organizations.In this role you will work with Rockwell Automation and Kalypso Sales & presales teams to help win orders and plan the delivery strategy for projects in pursuit which includes, but not limited to, assisting with preparing sales proposals, resource needs, project tasks, partnership opportunities, and business plans.This position reports to the Global Delivery Leader for Rockwell's Systems & Solution Business. The successful candidate will have five to ten years of experience as a PLM service delivery leader/technical team leader.Responsibilities Interface with client as regional key sponsorUse of modern agile consulting approachesCoordinates with Finance to ensure proper revenue recognition from project activitiesAccountable for the overall governance of all regional projects and their risksResponsible for working with Sales teams to support the development and promotion of PLM Digital Transformation and Implementation offerings, as requestedProvides collective feedback to teams to improve offerings of PLM Digital Transformation and Implementation, as requestedRegularly interacts and co-ordinates with functional peers (peers, professional excellence, sales, product development and support), other company business groups, 3rd party contactors and major customersTakes part in a global leadership team driving, developing, and deploying IIoT/analytic and MES/IS solutions for Rockwell Automation customers Coordinates with a global Center of Excellence for best-in-class practices, implementation strategies, technology competencies and standard consulting methodologiesTakes service practices and ensures successful implementation with direct staff and any regional collaboration teamsHires, retains, develops, evaluates, motivates, and leads staff to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the services teamContinually improve the quality of implementation deliverablesEnsure adequate records and systems are maintainedWorks closely with vendors/partners for developing right competencyDefine Vendor qualification criteria and ensure quality of work Requirements & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Digital Systems, Software Development, or related Requires a minimum of 8 years management experienceExperience in planning and tracking complex projects with demonstrated ability to lead teams in high change environmentProven track record of gaining and sustaining relationships as a trusted advisor with peers, 3rd party contractors, and company and customer senior management The candidate must possess the ability to plan, hire and manage resources assigned to projects, form/manage teams, identify and resolve issues and effectively communicate all concernsThe candidate should have experience in Complex large-scale delivery deployments.
