The purpose of this position is to provide strategic and governance oversight and accountability to organizational multi-year multi-phased initiatives for business case validation, program roadmap development, capital and expense tracking at the program level.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop templates & tools supporting a standardized, repeatable, scalable team delivery model through governed workflow, effort driven cost estimates, and measurable project performance KPIs.
Drive process and reporting consistency by establishing an efficient PMO structure employing industry best practice.
Create process documentation/workflows.
Facilitate process workflow modeling in order to collaborate on process improvements, automation capabilities.
Review information and trends to ensure that the output of processes are achieving the desired results and that services are meeting agreed upon service levels.
Conduct maturity assessments against the process activities to highlight areas of improvement or concerns.
Review status of work completed during the period covered.
Review that work is generally proceeding in a good and workmanlike manner and in general accordance with the approved drawings and specifications.
Review contractors' direct cost payment requisitions and budget status.
Review of subcontracts, bonds/subcontractor default insurance, quotes and invoicing.
Review of change orders.
Manages all facets of multiple, diverse projects efficiently (budget, schedule, procurement, quality & risk) including planning, design, buildout, commissioning and closeout with direct accountability for project delivery.
Demonstrates capability to read, understand and apply standards to complex documents affecting projects, including but not limited to agreements/contracts, leases, work letters, project schedules, architectural drawings and technology requirements.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position. Coordinates and assigns tasks to co-workers within a work unit and/or project team. Leads project teams and/or plan, and supervise assignments of lower level employees. May have responsibility for identifying training needs, tracking performance, coaching, and motivating a work unit and/or group.
QUALIFICATIONS

Preferred: Extensive experience with technology hardware design, planning, and installation in the commercial workplace.
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university with an emphasis in either Math, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Business or related field. Master's degree in a related field preferred. Minimum eight years of related experience and/or training.
Previous Project Management and Program Management work experience required.
CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES
Certification(s) in PMP (Project Management Professional) and/or preferred. Six Sigma and Agile certification preferred.

Ability to write reports, manuals, speeches and articles using distinctive style. Ability to make effective and persuasive presentations on complex topics to employees, clients and/or public groups. FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE
Requires in-depth knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate complex figures. Conducts financial/business analysis including the preparation of reports.

Requires expert level analytical and quantitative skills with proven experience in developing strategic solutions for a growing matrix-based multi-industry sales environment. OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES
Proficient experience in MS Office Products (Excel, Access, Power Point, Word, etc.), SharePoint, and MS Project Server. Ability to use query and report generation tools. Self-service/web based application experience preferred.
