JOB SUMMARY:
This Associate Relationship Manager - Request Coordination assists in performing relationship management, support, and analysis with some guidance. The Request Coordination role supports the major deliverables of Relationship Management. As the entry point for all VUMC IT related project or solutioning requests, coordination of these requests requires a deliberate, methodological, and repeatable approach.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintenance of request tracking board to ensure all requests are accurately represented as they progress through Intake and Governance.
- Updating and disseminating documentation related to Intake and Governance process, including deliverable templates, to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Maintenance of Microsoft Teams and Sharepoint Online organization to enable consistency throughout the Intake and Governance process.a
